Jason started a career in recruitment back in 1998, having previously worked as a futures & options broker on the London and International Financial Futures exchange (LIFFE), then taking the plunge and trading with his own account.
Having spent many sleepless nights Jason felt it would be best to seek a new career away from volatile trading markets & was subsequently approached by a close friend to join him at Computer People as a recruitment consultant.
At Computer People, Jason built up a strong client base and went on to lead a contracts team before setting up Skillbrokers Prima in 2007 with his current business partner and old school friend Jason Levy.
An avid Spurs supporter and season ticket holder who wastes most weekends going to watch his football team.
Louise is a CIPD certified HR professional, she started her career in HR at an ITC services company where she headed up the entire HR function. The company was going through a period of rapid growth, Louise was instrumental to the company's growth plans and introduced Skillbrokers Prima as a client to assist her in finding top talent.
Louise enjoyed the resourcing side of her role within HR & decided to use her knowledge and experience to help clients find talent. In 2015 Louise had an opportunity to live abroad in Cyprus, so took a year sabbatical before returning to the UK and joining Skillbrokers Prima as an Account Director.
Outside of work Louise spends early mornings in the gym or walking her beloved dog over the park.
Jason started his recruitment journey in 1996 working with Investment Banking clients struggling to introduce technology for trading and operations.
After a leap of faith, Skillbrokers was formed at the beginning of 1999 to resolve client's headaches implementing technology, regulatory and business process change.
Here Jason was able to develop Skillbrokers as a trusted partner to clients across Financial Centers in Europe and after successfully attracting the other Jason to join him, they created a greater technology focused company in Skillbrokers Prima embracing clients across sectors and aligned with tech consulting.
Away from the desk Jason is a UEFA B qualified coach and chair of a community football club along with suffering/enjoying the rollercoaster of being an Arsenal season ticket holder.
